LCDR Rocky Rowell

Great post by Brian Voge about LCDR Rocky Rowell. He was a great officer to be around although I never worked directly for him during my tour of duty at NAF Naples. I can still remember him vividly, his smile, his laugh and Military bearing. When we stood the watch it was always good to know LCDR Rowell was the OOD.
